Sebastián joined the firm in 2018. He has focused his practice on criminal, civil, and regulatory litigation, handled before ordinary courts and public agencies such as the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Financial Market Commission, and the National Economic Prosecutor's Office.

- Law Degree, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2015), graduated with highest distinction and awarded the Monseñor Carlos Casanueva prize, granted for outstanding academic performance and collaboration with the activities of the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica (2014). He also received awards for outstanding academic performance (2011 and 2010).
