Vanessa Facuse led investigation on Competition

Our partner Vanessa Facuse Andreucci, is cofounder of Red Procompetencia, the entity that led the investigation on how the Competition system has worked in Chile and the challenges it faces. The results on this investigation were published in Economía y Negocios of El Mercurio on May 9.

The authors of the study - Vanessa Facuse along with the economist Ana Maria Montoya– presented the results of the survey conducted to 86 experts on competition law in subjects such as collusion, compensated denunciation, along with the intervention need from competition law agencies in the design of public tenders and digital markets.
