Criminal Lawyer Cesar Ramos joins Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados as a new partner
Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados has incorporated Cesar Ramos as a new partner. Cesar had been working in the criminal area of this leading litigation office since 2021.
The incorporation of Cesar Ramos reflects the relevance of his professional performance and consolidates the multidisciplinary vision that characterizes Bofill Escobar Silva, which has been ranked as number one in the different litigation areas in our country by the main international rankings.

Mr. Ramos has extensive experience in highly complex cases. Prior to joining Bofill Escobar Silva, Cesar was director of AZ Criminal Litigation Group for five years. Before joining the private sector, Mr. Ramos was part of the Studies Department of Public Defense Service and the Justice Ministry’s Legal Division.
Additionally, Cesar was member of the Criminal Procedures Code Reform commission, convened by the ministry of justice in 2018.
Ramos is an attorney Universidad de Chile and graduated summa cum laude in 2011, Mr. Ramos has a master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law and a specialization in Fundamental Rights and Criminal Procedures, both at Universidad de Chile. He is also a professor of Criminal Law at Universidad Diego Portales.
With this incorporation, Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados now has seven partners: Jorge Bofill, Ricardo Escobar, Loreto Silva, Francisco Aninat, Vanessa Facuse, Sebastian Yanine and Cesar Ramos.
