Francisco Aninat, featured by 2022 Who’s Who Legal Guide

Our partner, Francisco Aninat, was recognized among the main Chilean arbitration lawyers according to 2022 Who’s Who Legal guide, a publication that every year distinguishes the best law firms and individuals in private practice, in various areas of Commercial Law around the world.

Francisco, Partner of Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados since 2013, was featured in the category of Future Leaders/Partners, which highlights the specialists in the area with the higher potential up to the age of 45.

Lawyer from Universidad de Chile, Francisco has a master’s degree in Public Policies from the Chicago University and a Diploma in Economics and Finance for Lawyers from the Economics and Business Campus of the Universidad de Chile. During his stay in the United States, he was part of the Global Disputes team at Jones Day Law Firm in Washington DC. In Chile he is part of the arbitrators list of the Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM) of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. Recently, in July last year, he took part, alongside our partner Sebastian Yanine, in the on-line seminar “INVESTMENT-RELATED DISPUTERESOLUTION MECHANISMS”, organized by the AmChamChile (Chilean-American Chamber of Commerce) and the Columbia Global Centers/Santiago.
