César Ramos

He joined the firm in 2021, as director of the criminal law area. Specialized rankings have distinguished him as a litigating attorney and he has broad experience designing legal strategies and providing clients with legal counsel and representation in highly complex cases with a high public profile. In addition to his experience with criminal litigation, especially in the economic, property, tax and securities market areas, he has also worked for the Studies Department of the Public Criminal Defense Service and the Justice Ministry's Legal Division. He has sat on technical and legislative advice commissions pertaining to criminal matters and criminal procedure, including the Criminal Procedures Code Reform Commission convened by the Justice Ministry in 2018. 

The 2020 international ranking Legal 500 said that "César Ramos stands out for his experience and knowledge.
