Our partner Vanessa Facuse and associate lawyer Stefan Goecke wrote a text about sustainability and unfair competition as a contribution to The Legal Industry Reviews's 13th volume of Chile.

In the column, Facuse and Goecke refer to the incentives and characteristics of "green sealed" products and services, how this becomes an attractive for clients and consumers, and how this can result in unfair competition or a way of "greenwashing", when the enviromental compromise doesn't match up with reality
