BES Abogados "Summit" 2021

With the aim of reviewing the local and global scenarios to determine the main trends that lie ahead, the partners of Bofill Escobar Silva - Jorge Bofill, Ricardo Escobar, Loreto Silva, Francisco Aninat, Sebastián Yanine and Vanessa Facuse - held their customary annual meeting in early May, which this time had to be done by videoconference.

The partners of Chile's main dispute resolution firm took advantage of the virtual modality to hold meetings with distinguished experts on economic, corporate and communications issues on Tuesday 4 and Wednesday 5 May, focusing on innovation and new trends.

Presentations were made by Sebastián Edwards, a Chilean academic and consultant living in the United States; Leonardo Maldonado, executive director of the B Corporations system; and Claudia Miralles, CEO of Imaginacción Comunicación Estratégica.

At the summit, the partners of the country's most prominent litigation firm took a break from their everyday tasks to think about the future and anticipate the trends in conflicts in these new times.
