Alejandra Fuentes

Her practice focuses on the resolution of civil and commercial disputes, conducted before both ordinary courts and national and international arbitral tribunals, including ICC and ICSID arbitrations. She has been involved in the development and implementation of various litigation strategies and provides extrajudicial advisory services in matters relating to contracts, construction, architecture, energy, and real estate law.
