His practice focuses on the resolution of civil and commercial disputes in both ordinary and arbitration courts, nationally and internationally (under ICC, UNCITRAL, and CAM Santiago rules). He also provides advice on dispute resolution strategies and has extensive experience in construction disputes under various jurisdictions.
