She currently serves as an\nindependent director of Barrick Gold Corporation, GNL Quinteros and ICAFAL Inversiones,\nPreviously, she was president of the board of directors to the Empresa Nacional del Petr\u00f3leo (ENAP),\ndirector of the state-owned electricity generating company ENDESA Am\u00e9rica S.A.,\na director of two sanitary services companies, Aguas Cordillera and Aguas Andinas S.A.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>She also serves as an advisor to prestigious think tanks in her field and as an arbitrator for the\nas arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Santiago.
