Francisco Aninat has more than twenty years of outstanding professional experience. He focuses his practice on solving complex disputes through national and international arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, and through strategic advice to Chilean and foreign clients. He has a vast experience in matters related to concessions, construction, energy, mining, and corporate disputes.

Before joining Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados as a partner in 2013, he worked in the United States for four years as a foreign attorney in the Global Disputes area of practice of Jones Day, where he participated in litigation in several countries of the Americas and in investment arbitrations. Previously, he worked as a fellow at the World Bank. In Chile, he began his career at Barros, Court & Correa, and then worked at Aninat & Cía.

He was a professor of Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2014).
